Many years back, they tell us too many eggs no good..and now they say eggs good.. And I remembered years ago we were told coconut no good..too much saturated fats and told us to cook curry with yogurt instead....and now coconut is the new health food!.. Now cholesterol is not the problem to heart problem so they say now...
